The purpose of the AAWGA is to promote women’s golf in the Austin area and provide events that allow women throughout the area to meet and enjoy the fellowship of golf.

The AAWGA League is open to all HLGA Members of The Hills Country Club:

 

  • Plays once a month from March through October.  

  • The season begins with a 2-day Eclectic tournament.  

  • The AAWGA Championship 2-day tournament is held in September.

  • Participating clubs:

    • The Hills Country Club (Signature and Classic Club have separate teams)
    • Balcones Country Club
    • Berry Creek Country Club
    • Great Hills Country Club
    • Grey Rock Golf Club
    • Magnolia
    • Muni (Lions Municipal, Morris Williams, Jimmy Clay)
    • Sun City
    • Twin Creeks Country Club.

 

 

How To Become a Member

 

  • Join AAWGA by contacting the Co-Captains below and providing updated contact information (cell phone and email) for our team roster.

  • Dues are $10/year; $1 of the dues goes towards a Hole-In-One pot.

 

  • Pay-as-you-go for any event that you sign up to participate in

 

  • Deadline for Registration is Sunday, February 26th at 5:00 pm

 

  • Checks (written to AAWGA) or cash must be given to Laura or Stephenie, or placed into the AAWGA envelope in The Hills Pro Shop.  

 

 

 

Download the Golf Genius App on your phone!  Once registered, you will be able to sign-up, cancel and see Who's Playing as well as Tournament Results!

 

After logging in with your e-mail and password, select the Portal of interest, then select Member Portal.

Registration for the 2024 AAWGA season is open! Contact the AAWGA Captains to join. Membership is only $10/person
